Studio Work
During my final years of university, I found real freedom behind the studio lights. There was something deeply satisfying about sculpting light itself, shaping exposure and quality until it revealed exactly what I wanted my subjects to say. Having grown up immersed in filmmaking, this became a natural translation of instinct: building a single frame with the same intention I'd bring to a moving image, letting light do the storytelling. This is a collection of my favorite images from that period, built around high-contrast lighting setups designed to sculpt the subjects and elevate the garments they wore.
