Vietnam: Faces in Passing
To describe my first days in Vietnam is like trying to explain the taste of something you’ve never had before. Upon arrival in Hanoi you discover yourself tied between what seemingly feels like one million things happening at once. An overwhelming sensation of life and energy looms throughout every small storefront, food stall, and street as thousands of mopeds fly by holding as much as they can. Within these moments of beautiful chaos lies endless frames and vignettes of everyday life. With this portfolio, I wanted to translate this sentiment through a collection of images documenting from Hanoi, Hué, Hoi An, and Saigon.
